Digitload is a software studio in Toronto. We build tools that help businesses grow sustainably and ethically in the digital age, and we operate them ourselves, on real websites, every day.
Our story
Products first, then clients.
Today we build and run three products: MailInApp for interactive email, FitConsent for consent management and Watch-IP for IP and risk signals.
Running them taught us what agencies rarely see: what breaks at scale, what support tickets say about design, and what it costs to keep software healthy for years. We bring that to every client project.

We run what we build
Our own products are live, with paying customers. The practices we use to keep them up are the ones we bring to your project.
Ship small, ship often
Short cycles with working software at the end of each one, so you can see progress and change direction early.
Own it after launch
Monitoring, alerts and a plan for who fixes what. Launch day is the start of running a product, not the end of the project.
Privacy and performance by default
Consent before tracking, fast pages and accessible interfaces. We hold our own site to the same standard.
